Kuala Lumpur Standard Time

I'm too lazy to blog. Planning to change layout. But later. Right now, I'm attempting to see how much stress I can take by speeding towards a wall and braking at the last possible moment.

My New York Trip
Kuala Lumpur Standard Time

Phew! What hectic weeks! But loads of fun.

Highlights:

Trip to Six Flags
I arranged a day trip to the most popular roller coaster park in New Jersey for my little sister, one of her boyfriends, Jacob, Tariq, and I. Did all the planning and work all myself. Was very determined to go. Been wanting to go for years, because my scaredy-cat little sister got to go on the Medusa (a roller coaster) when I didn't get to go while I was living in New York.

When we were walking from the bus stop to the Six Flags entrance, my boyfriend decided to be romantic, and thereby sweeping me off my feet. Unfortunately, he tripped and fell. With me still in his arms. Guess who was the one more damaged? The first-aid guys of Six Flags had a field day because they got to get a peep at my panties while bandaging my hip. Nothing serious, just nasty, spread-out cuts on my left hip and left elbow.

But injury did not stop me and the first ride I went on was the all-new Nitro! Awesome. Very high, and went down very steep. And Tariq pampered me the whole day. I also got to go on the Medusa which was just heavenly. It was a nearly perfect day. The only thing that spoiled it was the fact that we couldn't put any rings onto the bottle necks at this booth, thereby I couldn't win the huge-dog-with-flapping-tongue. He was beautiful. Gray and white, and twice as wide as my boyfriend, and as tall as my elder sister! ;) Sigh.

Area One Concert
Tariq and I also had the opportunity to go to a concert, It started at 4:30p.m. but we had to go early because it was out of town. The train left at 2:30 and we arrived nicely on time. It was a genuine stadium for concerts. We had to climb flights and flights of stairs to get to our seats which were second from the back row. The concert only finished at 12a.m. but it took hours to get back to New York because so many people were trying to go back at the same time too. It was awesome.

And the artists performing were....(drum roll!)

Nelly Furtado!
The Roots!
Incubus!
Outkasts!
Moby!

We watched them live, people! Woo-hoo!

Shopping
Did a lot of shopping. Bought all sorts of things!
Four new comic books (and when I say books I mean Books)--Batgirl, Robin, JLA and Crisis on Infinite Earths.
A poster of Alex Ross' Batman.
Several articles of clothing.
Some make-up.
A new black handbag with a Playboy bunny (blue) on the flap!
Wireless headphones.
A desktop UN flag.
Three new pairs of shoes.
Four books of search-and-find puzzles!
Lots more!

Oh, and bras. And guess what? I lost so much weight, my 34DD breasts are now size 34C. :P Actually they're this weird in-between of C and D. Big hassle trying to buy bras, I tell you!

It was a good holiday. I spent a lot of money. I'm mildly horrified at myself for it....
